1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Golden Moments Media (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You may cancel anytime from your account page; access continues through the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to your next renewal.

4. License to use content

While your subscription is active, your facility receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and distribute Golden Moments Media content to residents and staff at the licensed facility. The full facility usage rights are described in our Facility Usage Rights document.

5. Restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute our content outside your licensed facility.
• Do not remove copyright or branding notices from our materials.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and trademarks remain the property of Golden Moments Media and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for activity that harms the Service or other users. You may cancel at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Moments Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
